Metalife will launch as a collection of 6,000 Genesis NFTs, each representing a property. Each property is custom-made with a rarity and score. Each property is classified intoZones
Properties are living spaces. Properties are to be used by residents of Metalife for personal and work activities. The quality of the property determines the kinds of actions that people can take on.
Residential
Houses, villas, mobile homes etc.
Commercial
Shops, stores, services, stadiums, etc.
Investor
Multifamily, condo, duplex, apartments, hotels, etc,
High-Life
Mansions, yachts, penthouse, etc,

Research and development, space center, etc,
All properties have a score based on the rarity they have on them. Generally, properties exist between 3.00 and 50.00. As such, properties themselves have scores determined by their zone, size, and rarity. You can see the math for creating districts from property scores on the Districts page.
The exact property score is based on the rarity of that property. The higher the score, the more rare that property is. For example:

Representative of an island in the real world, each island contains five types of economic zones, and all properties fall into one of these five categories/zones.
Residential: houses, villas, mobile homes, etc
Commercial: shops, stores, services, stadiums, etc
High-Life: mansions, yachts, penthouses, etc
Investor: multifamily, condo, duplex, apartments, hotels, etc.
Legendary - research and development, space center, universities, etc.

Everyone who mints and holds a Metalife NFT will recevice 1 parcel pass of land in the Metalife metaverse.
